Operation to be fat
To do to be fat
- Eat enough.
- Training
- Sleep well
1.Eat enough
Timing to be good to do.
- Eat breakfast at 8:30am.
- Eat between meal at 11:37am.
- Drink coffee at 2:16pm.
2.Training
- Jog around here.
- Cycling around.
- muscle training
ex,push up,sit up etc
3.Sleeping well.
To do for good sleep
- Take a bath before 1 hour to got to sleep
- Eat dinner before 1 hour to take a bath
It should not eat before sleeping←One which can have is only water. - It should not think about tomorrow.
